Hello, I’m Caitlyn Maree Cassidy
I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a focus on stress, sleep and burnout. I work with people who feel stuck in that space between “I should be fine” and not feeling like themselves at all.
Most of the clients I work with look like they’re holding it all together on the outside, but underneath they’re exhausted — running on adrenaline, wired at night, flat during the day, and wondering why their body just isn’t responding the way it used to.
They’ve tried the basics, eating well, staying productive, pushing through, but still find themselves questioning their energy, their sleep, and their capacity to keep up.
This is where we go deeper.
My work is about connecting the dots that are often missed — from nervous system regulation and disrupted sleep patterns, to stress load, nutrient status and how your body has adapted over time.
Because burnout isn’t a sign that you’re doing too little, it’s usually a sign your body has been doing too much, for too long.
Through a thorough, personalised approach, I help you understand what’s actually going on in your body, and guide you with a clear nutritional plan to restore your energy, regulate your system, and feel like yourself again.
